Originally from Eugene, Oregon, Rhonica studied English literature and journalism at The University of Oregon. Prior to real estate, she worked in the demanding, fast-paced worlds of advertising, public relations, pharmaceutical sales and hospitality. “All of my previous work experience further honed my ability to communicate with poise and clarity and gave me the tools to make sure my client—no matter what their needs or concerns—has a great experience buying or selling with me,” says Rhonica.
In her free time, Rhonica enjoys reading, writing, hiking, running and spending time with her son and their dog. She’s also a talented home chef, an avid fan of live music and a seasoned yogi with more than 20 years of experience.
