Ricarda Olander brings a diligent and cosmopolitan work ethic to The Agency. With transparent communication and a dedication to achieving exceptional results, she serves distinguished clientele on the Westside of Los Angeles, primarily in Brentwood, the Pacific Palisades, and Bel Air. As a self-proclaimed ‘real estate matchmaker’ Ricarda specializes in curating exclusive off-market opportunities tailored to her discerning buyers.

Raised near the Bavarian border in Austria, Ricarda's multilingual upbringing and experience as a VIP Client Manager for companies like Audi and Red Bull honed her problem-solving abilities and relationship-building skills. Her love for real estate led her to relocate to the United States, where she has been fortunate enough to work alongside some of LA’s top-producing agents from the early beginnings of her career. Overseeing more than $100M in transactions within her first year alone, Ricarda has proven trustworthiness and expertise in networking with influential buyers, sellers, and investors.

Outside of work, Ricarda enjoys an active lifestyle in Southern California with her husband, Danish jewelry designer Jannik Olander, and their English bulldog, Daisy. She also passionately supports Zoe Church LA and Wings for Life, a foundation established by Red Bull dedicated to spinal cord injury research.
