Sam Brown is both a Project Manager and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator with The Agency Development Group, making his responsibilities twofold.
As a Project Manager, Sam manages some of the most anticipated new development projects, including Vica Silver Lake and One&Only Mandarina Private Homes–among the first One&Only-branded villas to own in the world. Sam is responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing process from pre-development through final sellout, which includes creating and tracking each project’s marketing and sales plan, collaborating with subcontractors and budget tracking.
In his position as CRM Administrator, Sam works directly with key stakeholders and executives to define and implement AgencyConnect, the company’s proprietary database system. Sam oversees all configuration and custom development for process refinement and new system enhancements, prepares project plans, business requirement documents, and functional documents. He develops analytics reporting for TADG’s clients and has designed and implemented a contract management system for reviewing, approving, and preparing legal contracts.
Prior to joining The Agency, Sam worked with a Los Angeles-based residential design and build firm, managing real estate development projects and initiating new processes to better track and manage projects. A California native, Sam earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
