An expert negotiator, Sana Amarith serves as a trusted guide throughout every step of a real estate transaction, quickly and accurately assessing the value of a home and patiently educating clients on the pros and cons of a sale or purchase.
A passionate and diligent advocate, Sana places a strong emphasis both on finding her clients the perfect homes and helping them gain equity by guiding them toward sound investments.
Sana got her start in development working on simple remodels and progressed to ground-up construction, becoming one of two exclusive underwriters for all OC based deals for a developer responsible for the purchase of 8,000 homes in the last eight years. Over the years, she has developed a familiarity with building processes and costs, enabling her to more keenly vet deals to protect a partner’s investments.
As a child, Sana was enamored by buildings and homes, thinking about space planning while sketching floorplans. After purchasing her own home as an adult, she became fascinated by real estate and the factors that impact valuation, such as location, features, and even schools, inspiring her to earn her real estate license. Prior to working in real estate, Sana spent several years in the education sector, during which she learned the importance of knowing and engaging her audience. As a restaurateur, running her family’s quick-paced corporate cafe, Amarith Cafe, in Orange County, Sana mastered the balance of remaining flexible yet decisive under pressure, a skill that has translated seamlessly to her career in real estate.
Born and raised in Orange County, Sana holds a BA in English from Cal State Fullerton, as well as a teaching credential and MA in teaching from University of California, Irvine. A daughter of immigrants who came to the U.S. with nothing, Sana learned from her parents’ strong work ethic, tenacity, and strategic decision-making skills, which allowed them to amass several homes and businesses in spite of their humble beginnings.
When she’s not assisting her clients, Sana enjoys spending time with her kids, reading, hiking, bowling, playing tennis and volleyball. She is active with her local church, which helps feed and provide medical assistance to impoverished families in Cambodia.
