Originally from Italy, I graduated with a degree in Commerce and later acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from McMaster University. I also hold a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation. This knowledge, coupled with a 30-year professional career and business management has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings.
After retiring from the federal government, I obtained my Real Estate Broker’s license and have become an effective business partner to son and fellow Real Estate Broker, Phil Parnanzone. My analytical, research and writing skills, my general business experience as well as my experience in construction, renovation, general contracting and property management are useful in assessing real estate properties, reviewing contracts, anticipating potential problems, writing appropriate contract clauses and communicating with clients.
Real Estate is a personal and professional passion of mine and I look forward to continuing to serve clients in the Ottawa and surrounding area.
