A self-proclaimed people person, Santiago has built a reputation throughout Punta de Mita and beyond for his honesty, trustworthiness, and commitment to surpassing his clients’ expectations. His close relationships with developers, agents, and industry players, paired with his keen insight into sound real estate investments, make him an asset to buyers and sellers alike.

Prior to becoming a broker, Santiago spent several years in the construction business, learning the ins and outs of the building process while gaining an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market. After family and friends began turning to him for advice in real estate and property investments, he realized his true calling was in real estate sales and transitioned to becoming a broker. For Santiago, every transaction is an exciting challenge, and he considers it an honor and privilege to live in a community he loves and share the incomparable Punta de Mita lifestyle with new buyers from around the globe.

A native of Guadalajara, Santiago attended one of the most exclusive catholic schools in Mexico before earning his Bachelor’s degree in International Trade. When he’s not working on behalf of his clients, he enjoys surfing, kiteboarding, wakeboarding, scuba diving, and spending time with his friends, family, and two dogs.
