Shelly Place

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Shelly is an experienced sales and rentals agent in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Through exemplary work ethic, expert knowledge, and dedication, she has distinguished herself as a top-producing team member with a consistent track record of high customer satisfaction.

With great empathy and intuition, Shelly has a way of understanding people and their innermost needs. Prior to becoming a licensed salesperson, she worked in advertising and the tech industry, but found her true passion in real estate. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Media and Communications from New York University.

Shelly strives to be more than just an agent to her clients. She puts herself in the role of an educator, project manager, and consultant to serve them throughout every step of the buying, selling, and renting processes. Her goal is to ensure that each client receives unmatched customer service, unwavering professional support, and the confidence to achieve their real estate goals.

When not working, Shelly enjoys tending to her saltwater aquarium and running in the parks around her home in Brooklyn Heights. She also loves to cook and is a self-proclaimed connoisseur of hot sauce. Though she has been a proud New Yorker for many years, she retains her California spirit and her adoration for the San Francisco Giants, avocados, and sunshine.
