Stephany Chen

Known for her persistence, integrity and insatiable drive, Stephany Chen has garnered an international reputation as the go-to agent for sellers and developers seeking the very best representation for their multi-million homes and developments. She joins The Agency from The Teles Executive Team, where she served as the brokerage’s head of business development for the Asian market, a role which was created especially for her.

Equipped with a broad range of knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial real estate, as well as large-scale development projects, Stephany consistently exceeds the expectations of a diverse and distinguished clientele. Though she works with clients from all backgrounds, she has a keen awareness and understanding of the needs of a high-net-worth clientele seeking the ultimate luxury lifestyle, including celebrities, royalty, and foreign investors. Stephany attributes her success in real estate to her strategic partnerships, exclusive contact base, innovative marketing strategies and true love for real estate. Her breadth of experience stems from a rich background in business development, international marketing and banking, roles that left her with keen negotiating skills and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Stephany is an active mentor at Mondays at the Mission, the only homeless youth program of its kind at the largest private shelter in the U.S., mentioned on the Ellen Degeneres Show. She served as an event coordinator at the Pasadena Senior Center and takes yearly missionary trips to Haiti where she stays at Hope House with 45 adopted children in Fond-Parisien. A California native who grew up in the San Marino Valley, Stephany enjoys traveling, yoga, pilates, hikes to Machu Picchu, and food tours to Asia’s Michelin-starred restaurants. She speaks four languages: English, Spanish, Mandarin and Cantonese.
