Tavio Goncalves

Tavio, raised on Nantucket Island, graduated from the College of Charleston with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Following graduation, Tavio moved back to Nantucket to begin working in the Island’s real estate market, one of the most high-end markets in the U.S.

He spent his time there as a Marketing Manager and Licensed Agent developing an extensive knowledge in both sales and rentals. This position also allowed for Tavio to use his skills in photography and videography, marketing the company’s listings to their fullest potential. He truly has a keen eye for displaying properties in their best light.

After years of gaining experience in the Nantucket market, Tavio set his sights on Boston with the goal of building his career and network in the real estate industry.

Before joining The Agency, he worked as a Leasing Agent for one of the largest and top-producing family-owned real estate companies in the U.S., focused in the Greater Boston area. Here, he was given the opportunity to learn about each individual neighborhood and what they possess, making him an important asset to clients interested in Boston and its surrounding areas.

When Tavio is not at the office or out with clients, he enjoys being on the water; whether it be surfing, sailing, or fishing!

His affable personality, interpersonal skills, and business acumen serve him well when guiding clients through the many steps of a successful real estate transaction.
