Trevor came from a background in the fashion and journalism industry, specialising in fashion, contemporary art and architecture, travel and culinary art, where he was Editor in Chief for a family run Magazine. Here he began his appreciation for aesthetics and luxury goods as well as becoming more involved in the interior design and architecture world which has given him a higher perspective when navigating through the real estate industry.
Realizing that the Real Estate Industry was growing noticeably around the world and highly profitable, Trevor decided to leave the Fashion industry and pursue his career in Real Estate. The chance to move to Mallorca came when his brother, a partner in a large multinational Real Estate Company, offered him a position in their Mallorca franchise to which he never looked back.
Having Trevor’s vast experience means he knows most properties in the area that are On or Off the market and their history. As well as knowing the Spanish processes and regulations like the back of his hand, allows for a fast and easy investment, purchase or sale.
When he’s not walking his dogs or doing his regular gym workouts, in his spare time Trevor doesn’t stay in one place too long. Travelling across Europe and regularly to Dubai with his wife and two kids trying various Culinary Arts around the world.
