Trevor comes from a background in the fashion and journalism industry, specialising in style, contemporary art and architecture, travel and culinary art. He was the Editor in Chief of a well known international life-style magazine. This is where he began his appreciation for aesthetics and luxury goods as well as being more involved in the interior design and architecture world which have given him a higher perspective when navigating through the intricate property industry.

Realizing that the Real Estate Industry was growing noticeably around the world and highly profitable, Trevor decided to leave the Fashion industry and pursue his career in Real Estate. The chance to move to Mallorca came when his brother, a partner in a large multinational Real Estate Company, offered him a position in their Mallorca franchise to which he never looked back.

Trevor’s vast real estate experience means that he knows most properties in the areas that are “On or Off” the market, as well as their history. Trevor’s knowledge of the Spanish rules and regulations, like the back of his hand, allows his clients a fast and easy investment, purchase or sale.

When Trevor isn’t selling properties, he’s doing sports, regular gym workouts, walking his dogs or spending quality time with his family. In his spare time he loves visiting the numerous, enlightening, cultural cities, spread all across Europe which are all only a stone’s throw away from Mallorca. In the winter he often goes skiing in the Italian Dolomites and he occasionally visits Dubai with his wife and two kids, enjoying the potpourri of cultures and savouring different delicacies from the world of culinary art.
