Veronica Henze

A California native and L.A. resident for more than two decades, Veronica Henze’s passion for Southern California real estate blossomed after she purchased her first home in the region. After closing the deal, Veronica still found herself drawn to local open houses, market data and new neighborhoods. As a member of The Agency in Sherman Oaks, Veronica approaches every new project and transaction with focus, enthusiasm and a tireless work ethic.



Prior to becoming an agent, Veronica founded her own entertainment marketing company, Brand Mavens, which she ran for 15 years before transitioning into real estate. Veronica’s time in entertainment marketing helped sharpen her talent for targeted sales techniques and strengthen her negotiation skills—assets that benefit her real estate clients throughout the transaction process.



In her free time, Veronica enjoys traveling, running and spending time with her husband, two teenagers and their two rescue dogs.
