Born and raised in Southern California, Walter has an innate knowledge of the Los Angeles and Orange County markets, coming from a family with a rich background in real estate. He launched his real estate career at 19-years-old, successfully negotiating and closing on over $6 million while he was still a full-time college student. Walter earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing at Whittier College. When he’s not working on behalf of his clients, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out and watching the Lakers.
