Yaileen Gamiz joined The Agency in 2022 and serves the greater San Diego area with enthusiasm and local expertise. What excites her most about real estate is the experience of seeing clients' reactions when they get keys to their homes. She loves being able to help people make one of the biggest purchases of their lives and thrives on the lifestyle that being a real estate agent offers.
Describing her best qualities as patience, social skills and honesty, Yaileen brings the perfect combination of entrepreneurial drive and integrity to her business relationships. Her previous work experience as a CNA gives her a unique perspective on putting the needs of individual clients as a priority. She believes agents have a fiduciary duty to their clients, whether she is helping someone find their first home or their tenth investment property. No matter the client, Yaileen goes above and beyond to provide the best experience possible.
“I am pursuing a career in real estate because I always wanted to have something of my own without limitations,” says Yaileen. “My vision is to be an entrepreneur running a million-dollar business that helps people have something of their own. As a CNA, I had to work long shifts—as many as 22 hours—to see a bigger paycheck. That experience opened my eyes, and as a result, I learned more about financial freedom and how to become successful.”
Yaileen uses her strong local knowledge to serve The Agency’s La Jolla office, which includes Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, Coronado, Bonita, San Diego and Escondido neighborhoods.
Yaileen grew up in San Diego and graduated from Southwestern College with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Outside of the bustling real estate business, her hobbies include pilates, spin classes, yoga and hikes. Yaileen also loves reading books about business and self-development and spending time with her family.
