Bradley studied at the University of Victoria and went on to pursue a career in finance, real estate development and social entrepreneurship. While finishing his MBA, Bradley was able to focus a large part of his studies on various renewable technologies that could potentially be incorporated into residential housing development. Moving forward he believes that there will be ample future business opportunities for renewable energy generation and storage within specific types of real estate projects.
Prior to working as a realtor, Bradley enjoyed a career in private investment advice most recently at TD Waterhouse as an Investment Advisor for TD Wealth Private Investment Advice. Bradley has years of experience helping clients secure their financial futures with stocks, bonds, mutual funds, REIT’s, MIC’s and alternative investments. For over 10 years he has also been a real estate developer and has partnered with Cox Developments for the past decade on projects in both Canada and the USA. Several of the Victoria BC projects have been some of the largest residential buildings ever built in the provincial capital, consisting of approximately 350 apartments shared between two buildings in the downtown core. His combined experience from studying, investing, rezoning and developing in the real estate sector enable him to help his clients bring context and knowledge to important decisions.
Before his start in the financial and investment world, Bradley was a co-founder of the world’s first Kindness Crew at www.extremekindness.com. With a vision to connect the world through kindness by inspiring, educating, and mobilizing people to commit acts of community service, Bradley co-wrote two best-selling books COOL TO BE KIND & CALL TO ARMS and was featured on Good Morning America and CNN. Today, he still tries to make time to speak about the importance of giving back and injecting kindness into the corporate world.
Bradley and his wife, Tamara, have two sons, Jude & Luke, and as a family they love to swim, walk, hike and experience the outdoor wonders of Vancouver Island.
