License #: 01053374 A native Californian, Christina Beil brings more than 20 years of real estate experience and a reputation for integrity, enthusiasm and expert negotiating skills to The Agency’s Danville office.
Representing clients across the East Bay, Christina’s innovative marketing campaigns, flare for home staging, and commitment to exceptional client service consistently generate maximum exposure for her clients’ properties, while her background in financing allows her to assist buyers in all aspects of the qualifying process. Known as a diligent, professional and energetic advocate who always puts her clients’ needs first, Christina has a track record for garnering top dollar for clients’ properties and helping buyers secure their desired homes at the best possible price.
Christina was first introduced to real estate while employed by Unocal Corp. in their leases and properties department. It was during this time, she decided helping people would be far more rewarding than coordinating service station leases and acquisitions - thus the transition to residential real estate sales. The recipient of numerous awards and designations, Christina was voted Realtor of the Year by The Women’s Council of Realtors after just two years in the business. In 2002 she was awarded the coveted Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) by The National Association of Realtors, followed by The Accredited Staging Professional Designation (ASP) by Staged Homes. In 2007 she received The Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI) after completing her studies in record time. And, most recently 2016 earned the designation for the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
When she’s not representing buyers and sellers in real estate, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband Doug, hiking and biking on Mt. Diablo with their rescue dog Budee, traveling, and hosting dinner parties, outdoor movie nights and wine tastings at their home for family and friends. A strong believer in giving back to the community, she is involved with Boys and Girls Clubs of the Diablo Valley, Paralyzed Veterans of America, Boot Campaign, Christmas For Everyone, ASPCA and various local animal rescue foundations. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, and is currently a member of the association’s Professional Standards Committee, and is active in the local chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
