Eugene Eskin

Eugene Eskin is the Chief Financial Officer at The Agency and a member of the brokerage’s executive leadership team. Responsible for the financial health and strategic and operational initiatives of the company, Eugene joined The Agency in 2019. He lends nearly two decades of financial and operational leadership experience in financial services, real estate, production entertainment, consumer services and CPG industries in top-tier private equity-backed firms. Additionally, his background includes strong domestic and international P&L management, sell- and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, equity and debt capital raising.

Eugene began his career at Deloitte, working in the audit function servicing Fortune 100 publicly listed clients in the real estate, finance, insurance and healthcare group. He subsequently served as Controller and financial leader for De La Rosa & Co., The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Imperial Capital. Prior to joining The Agency, he was the Controller, VP of Finance and a member of the Board of Directors member at VER (now PRG), where he was an integral part of the $2B leveraged buyout and debt for equity swap M&A transaction. 

Eugene graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
