Greg Spalasso is a Founding Member of The Agency’s Danville Office. A passionate and charismatic real estate professional with a career spanning more than 20 years, Greg brings unparalleled expertise and invaluable relationships in residential real estate, architectural design and custom home construction to The Agency.
The Founder of Portola Homes, a high-end residential development firm, Greg’s unique background in custom home building and development provides tremendous insight and value to his private client group. Leveraging his knowledge in real estate and investment, Greg advises his clients on all facets of real estate, from investment, acquisition, negotiation and transactions to architectural design, custom home construction and development.
Specializing in Silicon Valley’s niche neighborhoods of Woodside, Atherton, Menlo Park, Palo Alto and Portola Valley, he is an expert in gauging market conditions and discovering where the value lies in any given transaction, under any market condition. Distinguished by an unwavering adherence to old-world craftsmanship and use of superior customized materials, Gregory has designed and built a myriad of local, high-end residential projects. His work has attracted local athletes, venture capitalists and techies throughout Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area.
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Greg is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and History. He earned his graduate degree from Golden Gate University The Ageno School of Business with a Master’s Degree in Marketing and continued his Post Graduate work at Stanford University’s Executive Business Program.
When he’s not advising his clients in real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Greg loves coaching his children's sports teams, walking his three dogs on the neighborhood trail and venturing out to the city to catch a ball game at AT&T Park or down to Silicon Valley to cheer on the 49ers at Levi's Stadium.
