A dedicated advocate for her clients, Jessica Michalov brings passion, creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit to her work at The Agency. As a native of Santa Monica with a specialty in the Westside, Jessica has a keen eye for quality design, serving developers, investors, sellers and buyers across the region. She sees architecture as an artistic form of expression and strives to help her clients love both where and how they live.
An empathetic listener, Jessica builds relationships that allow her to connect herself and her clients with potential properties. Whether seeking a personal or investment property, Jessica prides herself on being a source of guidance and helping navigate her clients through the process. Jessica was drawn to a career in real estate by the constant need for creativity, the ever-changing aspect of the business and the sense of entrepreneurship the industry provides.
Prior to launching her real estate career, Jessica owned her own dance company called I Heart Dance, which involved teaching and building enrichment programs for children in schools across Los Angeles. Working with schools, parents and children taught her a great deal of patience, empathy and understanding. Additionally, her years spent learning classical dance ingrained a high level of discipline that influences all aspects of her life and career.
Jessica holds a B.A. with a major in psychology and a minor in dance from California State University Long Beach. Committed to charitable and philanthropic work, Jessica commits a minimum of 10% of her income to various charities, including Friends of the Israeli Defense Force, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Save the Children and Women Helping Women. When not touring real estate with her clients, the busy mother of two young boys loves helping friends and family decorate and organize their living spaces, not afraid to get her hands dirty in the pursuit of beautiful interior design.
