Jonathan’s gravitation towards The Agency was no act of randomness—on the contrary, he believed that the boutique brokerage housed the most prestigious agents and was determined to be a part of the team. “I can proudly say that my profession is my passion”, admits the young, highly ambitious agent, who sought his license the moment he turned eighteen so as to not delay any opportunities that presented themselves.
Coupled with years of experience aiding his father, a developer, in finding and selling parcels of land, Jonathan hit the ground running at John Aaroe Group where he worked for nine months learning the basics of real estate and engaging in a weekly curriculum.
To avoid narrowing his focus on any one specific niche or neighborhood of Los Angeles, Jonathan is currently experimenting in all specialties of real estate at The Agency. His clients and acquaintances would say that he is an effective communicator, reliable, organized and thorough, yet what they may not know about Jonathan is that he takes pleasure in the simple privilege of adding value to his client’s lives and the community in the greater sense.
A current student at Santa Monica College, Jonathan plans to further his education at USC’s world famous Lusk Center for Real Estate this fall.
Jonathan is involved in Congregation Etz Jacob, Jewish Federation Community and various other charitable causes. Moments outside the office are usually spent reading, working on his fitness or spending time alongside family and friends.
