Lisa’s forward-thinking creativity, patience and thoughtful approach to every real estate transaction make her an exceptional advisor for clients. “I take the time to explain, simplify and guide my clients through the process in ways that are reassuring and empowering,” Lisa says. “I take on each client as a personal responsibility even after the deal closes.”
Lisa has served as an assistant to some of The Agency’s top agents in Calabasas, including Andrew Mortaza and Bryan Castaneda—a hands-on experience that provided her in-depth knowledge of complex transaction processes, as well as nuanced expertise in the L.A. real estate market, from the Valley to Hollywood Hills and beyond.
A native of New Jersey, Lisa attended The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, where she obtained degrees in Fashion Merchandising Management, as well as Advertising and Marketing Communications. Lisa then worked in public relations departments for top international brands like Giorgio Armani, Donna Karan and later, as a product developer for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. There, she honed a keen attention to detail and luxury as well as a nuanced understanding of clients' needs and wants. Her powerful visual story-telling skills are evident in her unique approach to marketing her clients’ homes. “I understand the why behind people’s actions. I know what attracts attention, what keeps it and what attributes to focus on to close a deal.”
Each year, Lisa donates through her own beauty company, Laidoo Beauty, to the Odoben Health Center in Ghana, the country from where her parents migrated. These funds are used to improve the patient and healthcare experience with improved technology, resources, and supplies.
