The Agency Maui welcomes Lucas Peterson, a new agent addition to the Hawaii team. A native to Maui, Lucas joins his brother Gerrit and sister-in-law Yvienne in the real estate industry and became a licensed agent in October 2021. With a background in construction, rough framing, and remodel finish carpentry, Lucas specializes in South Maui, Wailea and Makena but has an affinity for the countryside areas of Kula, Ulupalakua, and Kanaio in East Maui as well.
Having built two homes for his family, with a third on the way, Lucas loves the logistical side of real estate. He enjoys learning the history of each property and will leave no stone unturned when it comes to property research. “I’m focused on the client most of all, what kind of property they need to fit their family and lifestyle,” says Lucas.
The new Maui agent graduated from University of Hawaii Mānoa where he majored in Philosophy and minored in History and Photography. Besides being busy at work selling, building or remodeling homes, Lucas loves to spend all his free time with his wife, Laura and two beautiful daughters, Abigail Ann and Adelēna Pétranella.
