Born and raised in Los Angeles, Shylee Halimi brings a strong understanding of the diverse L.A. real estate market and an innate skill for connecting with clients to The Agency in Calabasas.
“Real estate runs in my blood,” says Shylee, who was raised among a family of real estate agents, investors and developers. For more than five years, Shylee has represented buyers and sellers and helped secure leases within Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Woodland Hills and throughout the Westside. She specializes in a range of transactions, from first-time home purchases and new construction to investment and flipped properties.
Prior to selling real estate, Shylee worked in management for multi-residence apartment buildings, where she gained a unique understanding and comprehensive overview of client needs and interests. She has also aided her contacts in the development realm with the design of their homes, providing input throughout the construction process.
“My number one focus is to understand my clients’ needs and keep open and transparent communication throughout the transaction,” says Shylee. “I keep a ‘No Surprises’ policy, where all that is worthy of notice is communicated upfront or at the earliest point of knowledge. This ensures my clients are always aware of what is going on, feeling safe and in control.”
In her free time, Shylee enjoys hiking, reading, brushing up on her French language skills, traveling and spending time with her family. Shylee also contributes time and funds to LA Family Housing, which supports local families experiencing homelessness.
