Stacey Tilford
VP of Franchise Operations, WestStacey Tilford joins The Agency as Vice President of Franchise Operations West, working with managing partners in the western half of the US, western Canada, and Mexico. Her wide-ranging real estate experience spans twenty years, encompassing mortgage, advertising, sales, training, and technology.
A California native with a long history of field sales within the western US and Hawaii, Stacey knows the western geographic footprint and its players well. Her strong familiarity with multiple real estate brands and their respective value propositions makes her an insightful strategic partner. She excels at getting people excited about things and shifting perspectives, exuding a contagious passion that leads to lifelong connections. She is driven every day by the prospect of helping agents, staff, and managing partners thrive in their work.
Prior to joining The Agency, Stacey led technology and training initiatives for a group of 27 Engel & Völkers offices in the western US. She also oversaw the conversion, merger, and acquisition efforts in the west as a Franchise Sales Director for Realogy (Better Homes & Gardens® Real Estate) and RE/MAX. She brought the Better Homes & Gardens® Real Estate brand for the first time to Hawaii, Utah, New Mexico, San Diego, and San Luis Obispo. While at Realogy, she was nominated for the Women In Sales Awards North America, competing with female sales leaders in multiple industries across the country and Canada, and was a top 5 finalist. Stacey also served as a Regional Sales Director and Trainer for Realtor.com, and a corporate trainer and speaker for Alain Pinel Realtors, a boutique luxury real estate brokerage. She then trained Compass agents across the Bay Area to leverage their value proposition, sharpen their listing presentation skills and strategy, and use technology and social media to stand out in a competitive real estate environment.
Stacey currently resides in Walnut Creek, California with her rescue dog, Poppy. She enjoys kickboxing, outdoor festivals, exploring new restaurants, water sports, and golf. She has volunteered with animal rescue organizations and is always looking for ways to help animals, veterans, and children who are victims of bullying.
