His knowledge of the local real estate market combined with the enjoyment he derives from matching clients with their new property, has helped him become a key player in Denver's real estate market. Steve has served as a real estate instructor, an expert court witness, and he was a Rocky Mountain News and Denver Post real estate weekly writer for 14 years. With regard to sales production, Steve has been honored as a six-time recipient of the Denver Board of Realtors Top Ten residential salesperson award, and has been inducted into the Re/Max “Hall of Fame.” Steve believes he is able to achieve a certain level of success because of dedication, enthusiasm, communication, and his hands-on style. Steve has opened numerous real estate offices during his career, and most recently was the managing broker for LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s Downtown Denver office. During his tenure there his office won a multitude of awards for sales production. Steve’s father Daniel Blank also grew several offices in Gettysburg and York Pennsylvania from the late 1950's into the 1980's, and Steve currently works alongside his son Jared Blank who is the third generation in the Blank family to embrace working in real estate. Steve and Jared’s third partner, Kacey Bingham rounds out The Blank and Bingham Team. Their team is consistently ranked by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors among the top 1% of brokers by sales volume. Jared and Kacey are also the managing partners and co-founders of The Agency’s Denver office.
