Max comes to The Agency from Deasy/Penner & Partners, where for the last 10 years he has distinguished himself with his work in the market of architectural homes, historic estates and design-centric properties. Max has extensive experience with both seven and eight figure negotiations throughout Los Angeles, along with a skill set that makes him a natural match for high-net-worth clients with equally high expectations and standards. His repeat clientele are a testament to his success; approximately 70% of Max’s practice, which was started from scratch, consists of repeat clients. Max is regularly quoted as a real estate expert by The Los Angeles Times.
