The Agency is proud to announce that top realtor Jon Grauman has joined its growing team. Jon will work out of the company’s world headquarters in Beverly Hills.
“Jon has been one of my closest friends for the last 10 years; he has an incredible work ethic and great energy,” says Santiago Arana, Partner and Principal of The Agency. “He also has a background in mortgages and financing, which is essential to educating clients in the process of buying a home. I’m very happy that he’s decided to be part of the team.”

As a Los Angeles native who has lived here all his life, Jon Grauman is intimately familiar with the city. He boasts 10+ years experience as a realtor, developer and mortgage broker, and as such, understands every facet of the real estate business.
Jon is a 5th generation Californian. His family has a rich history in LA and played an instrumental role in helping build the entertainment industry here, such as Grauman’s Chinese Theater. Prior to real estate, Jon had a career in the music business, working as an A&R Director, Artist Manager, Tour Manager and Promoter with such artists as Guns N’ Roses, Mark Foster (Foster The People), Mixmaster Mike (Beastie Boys), Ozzy Osbourne and Marilyn Manson. His experience and connections in that industry have dovetailed well with his career as a real estate agent.

Jon lives in the Hollywood Hills with his fiancée, Lauren, and their dog, Brady.
