Host Chef Suzanne Goin (A.O.C., Lucques, and Tavern) has brought together the top chefs and mixologists to share a signature dish for guests to sample. Held in the coastal town of San Pedro, all the lobsters eaten here are flown in from Maine. Sorry, east coast friends, you’ll probably want to order anything other than fish this weekend.
