The Agency is pleased to announce that real estate agent Brian Nelson has joined its team. Brian will work out of the company’s world headquarters in Beverly Hills.
“Brian has worked in luxury markets in Hawaii, Aspen and Los Angeles, and as a licensed realtor in multiple states, he has great experience in high-rise development and high-end real estate in general,” says Billy Rose, President and Co-founder of The Agency. “He will be an excellent addition to our team, he’s a great guy, and I would personally like to welcome him to our Agency family.”
Brian began his real estate career in 2004, working as a broker at The Ritz-Carlton Residences at Aspen Highlands for a number of years. After being the top producer at the Aspen project, he moved on to a new challenge in Hawaii. Brian spent the next 3 1/2 years with his family as the broker in charge of The Ritz-Carlton Residences at Kapalua Bay, becoming the top selling agent for all of the Ritz-Carlton Residences each year. Coming to Los Angeles in 2010, Brian earned his mortgage license and went on to join the team at The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE. There, he was instrumental in helping to make the project one of the highest selling real estate properties in the country.
Brian has licenses in Colorado, Hawaii and California, and with that, a great deal of experience in a variety of high-end markets. He also has recent experience with luxury home sales and is excited by the challenge of expanding his expertise in this market.

Brian works with a wide variety of clients, including many heads of industry and professional athletes. When he is not moving real estate, he likes to play sports including golf and tennis, and spend time with his two children, Hunter and Jade.
