They say Monaco is the playground of billionaires, and this recent addition to the urban architecture will only add to that reputation. The exclusive Tour Odeon, set to finish construction next month, is one the most expensive luxury high-rises in the world. Its Tower Sky Penthouse, occupying five stories and some 35,500 square feet, is priced at a jaw-dropping $387 million. How’s that for lavish?
At 170 meters high, Tour Odeon will be the second tallest building on Europe’s Mediterranean coast, after Gran Hotel Bali in Benidorm, Spain. The 50-story luxury residential building was designed by architect Alexandre Girald, with interior design by Alberto Pinto Agency. The developer, Groupe Marzocco, hired Vinci Construction to build the eye-catching tower of sleek glass and sharp angles, sitting above the Ligurian Sea.
“Tour Odeon will set a new standard in residential living by offering 70 exceptional apartments, 2 Duplexes and a unique Penthouse, all equipped with luxury service,” notes the Tour’s website. In addition to some 260 luxury condos, the building features 10 subterranean levels with 543 parking spaces, retail shops, offices, a business center, and a wellness facility with spa, fitness center and swimming pool. But the gem of the Tour Odean is most certainly its sky penthouse.
Perched at the very top of the tower, the mesmerizing 6-bedroom Sky Penthouse offers 360-degree views over the sea and surrounding principality of Monaco, with a curving outdoor rooftop and entertaining pace and a stunning, circular infinity pool linked to the balcony by a large waterslide. This is truly a penthouse fit for a prince.
