Minotti Penthouse At The Carlyle Garners More Praise

by | Aug 27, 2014

Continuing to generate buzz, the Minotti Penthouse at The Carlyle was featured in the most recent issues of Los Angeles Confidential and Private Air magazines.

In the LA Confidential piece, “Top of the Town,” the Minotti Penthouse is singled out for its size and exclusivity. “The Carlyle Residences’ three penthouse floors are distinguished by their large floor plans and reduced density (only two residences per floor),” LA Confidential notes. The sprawling Minotti Penthouse boasts a formal living and dining room, a handsome study and a sumptuous, oversized master suite, along with 13-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The scale is certainly grand.

Private Air dedicated their last issue to “Luxury Homes,” and they highlight the Minotti Penthouse as a prime example of sophisticated high-rise living. The two-page spread emphasizes the views: “Casually sip a latte while lounging on the eastward-facing balcony and watch the city come to life as the sun rises over downtown,” they write. “Look to the north for unobstructed views of Bel Air and the rolling Hollywood Hills. Stunning views of the Pacific Ocean stretching to the horizon greet you from the south.”

They also make note of the stylish design Minotti lends to the residence. “The interior has already been expertly and elegantly furnished with more than $1 million worth of Minotti furniture, curated artwork, and décor… including such superb pieces as the Prince chair and ottoman featured in the master bedroom.” The Minotti penthouse is listed at $9.916 million fully furnished, or $8.85 million without.
