Annie Potts’ Spanish Revival Style Home Featured In Wall Street Journal

by | Sep 23, 2014

Our newest listing in Tarzana, a renovated Spanish Revival-style hacienda, is the featured home in the latest “Private Properties” column of the Wall Street Journal.

Built in 1934 and named the Winifred Reibold House after its initial owner, the 5-bedroom estate at 5001 Vanalden Ave features a host of original period details and combines incredible Southern California indoor/outdoor living. As the WSJ notes:

“The roughly 6,480-square-foot, five-bedroom house has two pools, a paddle tennis court and a guesthouse, Ms. Potts said. She and her husband, producer and director James Hayman, purchased the house in 2003.”

The property is home to actress Annie Potts, and her husband, producer and director, James Hayman. The WSJ explains that Ms. Potts has been spending more time in New York than Tarzana, one reason they are putting the house on the market.
