The Agency’s Kofi Nartey and Sophia Harang will take center stage as keynote speakers on “How Mobile is Changing Real Estate” at the Mobile Ventures Summit this Tuesday, January 27th. The conference, to take place at the Hotel Casa del Mar in Santa Monica, brings together some of the country’s biggest brands, across a vast array of industries, to collaborate and discuss opportunities in mobile media and technology. Also on the panel are executives from The LA Times, Variety, 20th Century Fox, Universal Pictures, Disney, Nordstrom and Proctor & Gamble, to name a few.
Kofi, Managing Director of The Agency’s Beach Cities office and Director of the Sports & Entertainment Division along with Sophia, Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Development will lead the panel’s real estate discussion. They will offer insight on methods for leveraging mobile marketing and emergent technologies to attract and engage buyers, collaborating with other industry leaders about the future of mobile innovation. Kofi and Sophia will discuss how consumers are using search apps, like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Realtor.com, and The Agency’s own mobile real estate search app when they’re searching and how this mobile search information should affect real estate marketing strategy.
Kofi and Sophia will take an in depth look at e-mail marketing, which is now viewed mainly on mobile, and how to respond to the trend with mobile tours, videos, 3D and more. They will discuss what mobile innovation is most impacting global real estate marketing and what the future holds, including self-directed live tours and the use of drones and other technology to capture the most compelling imagery. Kofi and Sophia will also discuss the latest listing presentation and document service apps that are becoming essential for doing business on-the-go.
