The Agency’s Kathrin Nicholson Featured In Focus Magazine

by | Jan 8, 2015

The talented Kathrin Nicholson is both one of the newest members to join The Agency as well as the recipient of a feature article in the latest edition of Focus Magazine. Out this month, “Second Act” tells the story of how Kathrin went from pursuing an acting career to selling homes for friends to holding the record of selling the most expensive real estate in the ‘Wilshire Corridor’.

“Part of the reason why I joined The Agency is because I see the same kind of passion for real estate here,” she shares. “The energy is like nothing I have ever seen.”

Shot on location at our Beverly Hills office, the video explores both Kathrin and Mauricio’s individual philosophies when it comes to selling real estate and the kind of culture fostered at The Agency—how many companies do you know that have their own wine label?

In her interview, Kathrin sheds light on how she tailors her marketing strategy for high-profile clientele, like Don Johnson’s $14.9 million house in Santa Barbara. She also introduces the Battersea Power Station in London, currently a $12 billion development with The Agency.battersea power station
