The Agency And Noesis Group Unveil 151 N Le Doux

by | Feb 13, 2015

In the first of its kind collaboration with the Noesis Group in Beverly Hills, The Agency sets a precedent in its debut of 151 N Le Doux. This new construction contemporary, featuring a bold, innovate design, is a modern sanctuary with an exquisite coupling of flow and functionality, an artful, gallery aesthetic and seamless indoor/outdoor living.

The main living area is a modern, graciously flowing space with the kitchen, family, dining and living areas all open to each other. Towering windows draw the outdoors in, while a 20-foot ceiling adds depth and scale, soaring above the dining area where a giant picture window captures natural light from above. With all of the glass and connectivity, there remains ample wall space for an extensive art collection and overscale paintings.

Under the collaborative effort of agents Paul Lester, Aileen Comora and Michael Perez and in conjunction with Wicked + The Agency, a VIP evening of celebration was held for the launch of the home this past week.

The nights event highlighted the innovative design of architect David Parker’s first foray into Beverly Hills.

Enjoying gourmet hors d’oeuvres from Choux Choux and Compartes chocolates exclusively designed for The Agency, VIP guests roamed the home admiring the art curated by John Wolf Fine Arts. As a further nod to The Agency’s collaboration with luxury lifestyle brands, McLaren Calabasas featured the new McLaren 650S Spider.

In it’s continuing efforts to weave relationships between home, fine art and luxury lifestyle, the evenings event was again a successful example of The Agency’s commitment to neighborhood businesses and the value of engaging the local community.
