The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky appeared on The Insider this week to give a tour of actress Annie Potts’ $4.5 Million original Spanish Hacienda in Tarzana.
“Built in the ’30s, Annie updated it while keeping that old Hollywood feel,” says reporter Debbie Matenopoulos. There is plenty of history in the house too, actors Robert Young and Robert Wagner previously owned the property.
5001 Vanalden offers incredible indoor/outdoor living, an outdoor kitchen, resort-style pool, and a second lap pool located off the master suite. A full-size paddle tennis court and vegetable gardens lies on the front of the 1.5 acre property.
The home is surrounded by great neighbors as well. “Selena Gomez just sold her house to Nick Young from the Lakers and I know that Marc Anthony recently bought a home right around the neighborhood,” Mauricio tells Debbie.
