Having co-founded both an advertising technology and digital music startup in Santa Monica, Samuel can not only relate to clients within these creative industries but knows firsthand how important collaborative teamwork, camaraderie and one’s reputation is to the success of an organization.

Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Samuel lived and worked in Miami Beach, Florida, accumulating a 5 year portfolio of high-end, luxury residential real estate sales and consulting experience. This attribute appeals to Santiago Arana, Principal and Partner of the company’s Brentwood office, who commented, “Samuel’s success as an agent in Miami will come in handy when working with clientele who lead bicoastal lives. Additionally, his personal and professional connections span multiple platforms—music, entertainment, media, advertising—which will prove invaluable here at The Agency.”

These include where the individuals (and their firms) are in terms of typical investment stages, whether they are relocating from a city with a different personality and whether they plan to live permanently in Southern California, to name a few.
