A 16-stall horse barn, dance studio, white picket fence, ocean views, a wood-paneled library— these are some of the features of the top residential real estate sales in the greater Los Angeles area according to an article found in the Los Angeles Times

The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky and Jeff Kohl were the listing agents for a Beverly Hills property that sold for 23.7 million. The 8,800 square foot Mediterranean-style main house, a longtime estate of television producer Nick Vanoff, is one accessorized with/by a guest house, staff quarters, formal gardens, and swimming pool all located on more than one-acre. Other upscale contenders for highest sale included the recently built Manhattan Beach walk street beauty that captivates with three-levels of living, a glass elevator, dance studio, and a rooftop deck for one to truly appreciate the ocean views. A Calabasas ranch property owned by an Academy Award-winning film producer returned to market and sold for $13.95 million. Two guesthouses, 16-stall horse barn, and a tennis court were a few of the features that set the listing apart. Santa Monica, not to be outdone, claimed white picket fence presence with the sale of a house that truly invites one home with the existence of wood-paneled library, sauna, and home theater.
