Event Recap: The Residences at Carbon Beach Official Launch Party

by | Jul 1, 2015

The Residences at Carbon Beach celebrated their official launch last Thursday, June 25, to a lively crowd of brokers, agents and friends of The Agency in the heart of Malibu’s Billionaire’s Beach in Malibu. Along with the property’s tranquil zen courtyard, guests were invited to tour two select homes while enjoying Mr Chow’s catered hors d’oeuvres, a full bar hosted by Stoli Elite and VOCO, and premiere ocean views from the rooftop terrace.

“We’re thrilled to introduce The Residences at Carbon Beach, a collection of 8 private homes whose design and location speak for themselves. The grand opening attracted a large turnout, which is indicative of how in demand these homes are”, says Mike Leipart, Managing Partner of The Agency New Development Group.

As guests made their way through the handsome garage level, all eyes were on the four luxury vehicles parked inside—Bentley, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce and Lamborghini—all of which were provided by Beverly Hills luxury car dealership O’Gara Coach. The Agency also partnered with Zuma Jays, the oldest surf shop in Malibu, who outfitted a bonus room with select surf gear and apparel.

Executive Chef Eddie Chow took over the grand kitchen to prepare chicken satay drizzled with peanut sauce, glazed prawns with candied walnuts, pork water dumplings and fish dumplings to eager guests touring the three floors. Also on deck were Stoli Elite and VOCO, a premium vodka and coconut water cocktail, that kept everyone’s glasses full on the exceptionally warm summer evening.

Comprising of 8 ocean-facing modern homes, each with its own private elevator and dual 2-car garage, the Residences at Carbon Beach are officially for sale and start at $4MM.
