No need to scurry for a dinner reservation this weekend. That’s because starting Thursday, August 27, the Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival returns for its fifth year, featuring over 100 celebrated chefs, 300 wineries and 70 unique events that are sure to satisfy any palate.
Complete with VIP cooking demo’s, featured guests, wine tastings and after parties, this 4-day epicurean event is where chefs emerge as the true rock stars of Tinseltown. Watch as hometown favorites like David Lefevre, Michael Voltaggio, and Ricardo Zarate (who we recently featured here) sear, roast, and grill amongst culinary personalities and sommeliers from all over the country.
The center of the action will commence under a tasting tent on Grand Avenue, with hostings throughout the unique neighborhoods of the entertainment capital of the world, including Santa Monica, Downtown, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Arguably the best pairing of the entire festival will take place on Saturday, August 20th as The Roots perform live in the company of 30 chefs and 100 wineries in DTLA.
