The Agency is pleased to announce that Ryan Walczuk, a Malibu native and Santa Monica/Venice Beach enthusiast, is joining our growing team. Based out of The Agency’s Beach Cities office, Ryan covers all of Los Angeles, with a particular passion for the “Silicon Beach” region he calls home. His innovative and tech savvy approach to the marketing, selling and buying of real estate resonates with today’s sophisticated consumer.

Prior to joining The Agency, Ryan was a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Malibu West. His extensive background in marketing, which includes leading the marketing, web design and social media strategy for various successful start-ups, serves his clients tremendously. He specializes in creating highly tailored marketing plans for each property he represents, identifying its unique selling points and target audience.

Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Ryan holds a degree in Business Marketing from San Diego State University. He takes a “one client at a time” approach to offer his clients a high level of personalized attention as well as the business acumen and emotional support to see them through the buying and selling process.
