Alexander Wang’s DoSomething Campaign

by | Sep 23, 2015

In celebration of Alexander Wang’s 10th anniversary, the designer has created a charity T-Shirt in partnership with one of the largest organizations supporting youth and social change, DoSomething. He cast a slew of famous stars, 38 famous faces to be exact, for his latest campaign shot by renowned photographer Steven Klein. The series of portraits features celebs who Wang believes “influence youth with a strong, relevant voice.”

Do Something Montage_1080x1080Kate Moss, Kim Kardashian, and a whole gang of celebrities, including Cara Delevingne, Tyga, Pamela Anderson and Kayne West, all got on board to model the campaign, as well as Haim, Kristen Wiig, The Weeknd and Rod Stewart.

In a video posted to Instagram, Wang said of the collaboration, “DoSomething.org is a really important charity, because it really gives a lot of the youth out there the platform to explore their interests and hobbies, and to get them to think outside the box.”

The DoSomething hoodies and T-shirts, which were worn by all participants in their own, personal style, are available exclusively at Alexander Wang stores worldwide and on www.alexanderwang.com. See the entire series of black-and-white celebrity portraits here.
