The Agency is pleased to announce that Nathan Saadat, a Beverly Hills native and graduate of UCLA Law, is joining our growing team. With a focus on the niche markets of Beverly Hills, Westwood and Brentwood, Nathan brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate litigation and tax law but says he is most excited about guiding his clients through their search for the perfect home.
“Having grown up in a family of real estate developers, it was a natural progression for me to step out of the legal profession and focus primarily on real estate, my true passion,” Nathan says. “I get to meet amazing people, hear their stories and help guide them through the next step of their lives. At the same time, I get to be immersed in L.A.’s fantastic, modern architecture, which is truly inspiring.”
Nathan says he joined The Agency because it is on the cutting edge of the real estate industry and offers all of the resources anyone could ask for in the business.

Nathan’s experience includes managing multi-family real estate and residential developments, which has given him invaluable knowledge on everything from design and structural integrity to the creativity required in the marketing process. When not selling real estate, Nathan can be found playing tennis, guitar and enjoying the beaches of SoCal.
