Fendi To Open Luxury Boutique Hotel In Rome

by | Dec 11, 2015

The luxury Italian fashion house, Fendi, is expanding their repertoire from ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, fragrances, and more to include exclusive accommodations. The Fendi Private Suites, a new boutique luxury hotel set to open in Rome on December 12, will feature a Zuma restaurant, Palazzo Privé and an apartment designed by Dimore Studio.

The 5-story hotel exists in a fully-restored 17th-century building that covers nearly 10,800 square feet. According to WWD, the hotel will feature a Fendi space dedicated to its in-house fur atelier, along with special made-to-order and precious pieces that will be curated by eight on-location artisans.

“The venue reflects Fendi’s aesthetic interpretation of its lifestyle in terms of design and is a symbol of the brand,” Fendi chairman and chief executive officer Pietro Beccari told WWD. “There is no other place where you can so easily understand our very precise, very personal vision of luxury. Once people come and see this for themselves, their entire idea of Fendi will change.”

The Fendi Private Suites will provide a sophisticated and distinctive customer experience. The Suites will cost between €700 and €1,600 ($754 – $1,722 at current exchange rate) per night.
