The Agency is pleased to welcome Todd Kraines to our rapidly-growing team of real estate advisors. With nearly 20 years of experience, Todd decided to join the team after working with The Agency’s Santiago Arana.

A true professional, Todd brings with him not only an impressive business acumen, but integrity that is evident in all that he does.”
Prior to joining The Agency, Todd worked as a top producing agent alongside a highly successful independent broker. In just a short time, his sales topped $100 million – many of which were off-market transactions. Todd brings a unique perspective to The Agency in that he has international experience, having lived in Asia.
“I have an intimate knowledge of the customs and business practices in China,” said Todd. “I’m fortunate to have extensive experience with international negotiating, along with buying and selling with the Asian market.”
A self-described people person, Todd’s ultimate goal is to focus on his clients’ needs from the beginning. “Advising and guiding my clients as they make the decision to invest in a home is an honor. My goal is to make the process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible,” said Todd.
Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Todd has a “homecourt advantage” that he uses to his benefit. “I’d like to think that I know the area like the back of my hand,” said Todd. “I’m deeply rooted here and offer a vast amount of local information that can be invaluable for clients when they’re making the decision of when and where to purchase.
Todd is an avid golfer and can often be found on the course with clients. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, being outdoors and networking.
