Variety commended Santiago, The Agency Principal and Partner, for his hugely successful year with sales in 2015 exceeding $308 million and a number of notable transactions. The duo of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles fame, James and David were recognized for sales totaling $150 million last year and the recent $30 million sale of 438 N. Faring Road. Billy, Co-founder and President at The Agency, was noted for sales over $197 million as well as a price-per-square-foot record-breaking sale for Sunset Plaza/Rising Glen. Mauricio, Co-Founder and CEO at The Agency, was lauded for selling $266 million in real estate and for recently listing L.A.’s most recognizable and iconic property, The Playboy Mansion.
