The New York-based burger chain’s first West Coast location will be designed more like a roadside stand to accommodate L.A.’s car culture. EXPLORE HERE → Platform is located in L.A.’s new “place to be,” Culver City.  This indoor-outdoor shopping and entertainment complex, which is set to open this month, will showcase high-end retailers, top-chef restaurants, a skin-care apothecary, and design stores from around the world. Among the unique storefronts hand-picked by the developers are Blue Bottle Coffee, Van Leeuwen ice cream, The Cannibal, Sweetgreen, and SoulCycle. Want more? Use the app and concierge system to book a SoulCycle class or ask the valet to pull up your car. The complex will also feature pop-ups, events and a loyalty program.

GO HERE → ArtNight Pasadena, a collection of museums and performance spaces open their doors for free on March 11 at this biannual art celebration. Take advantage of the Norton Simon Museum, Pacific Asia Museum and Pasadena Museum of California Art. And, of course, no festival would be complete without food trucks, often including local Pie ‘n Burger and Coolhaus.
GET SCARED HERE → The spooky screening series, from the team behind the Great Horror Movie Nights returns to L.A. this March at the Old Zoo in Griffith Park. The first screening will feature the classic horror film Poltergeist. They’re here March 11, so grab your friends and some snacks, and don’t be afraid to turn on the television.
