The Agency was thrilled to participate in The Event, an annual fundraiser held May 21 in support of the Las Virgenes Unified School District and its education foundation, The Foundation for Las Virgenes Schools. To date, the foundation has donated over one million dollars to manage class size and strengthen the counseling programs at all 16 schools in the district.
Held at the Calabasas Civic Center and emceed by actor Jerry O’Connell, The Event was a chic block party under the stars that brought together local businesses, community leaders and residents from Hidden Hills to Westlake Village. The affair featured local wineries, a beer garden and premier tastings from restaurants, including Pedaler’s Fork, The Six, Le Pain Quotidien, Plata, Olio e Limone and Geoffrey’s Malibu. Every last penny brought in from the festivities went directly to the school district.
The Agency hosted a lounge at the event that served delicious bites, drinks and even included a fun photo booth. The lounge also showcased The Agency’s support for Giveback Homes, an organization that brings together real estate professionals to build homes for those in need.
