The Agency And Noesis Group Unveil 653 N Laurel Ave

by | Oct 24, 2016

The Agency is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation in the industry, with a focus on building partnerships with local businesses and tastemakers that bridge the gap between the worlds of real estate, fine art, and luxury lifestyle. In one of our most exciting collaborations to date, The Agency has teamed up with Beverly Hills design and development firm Noesis Group, Timothy Yarger Fine Art, ARC54, and McLaren Beverly Hills for the debut of 653 N. Laurel Avenue, a stunning contemporary new construction in the heart of Beverly Grove.

Represented by The Agency’s Paul Lester, Aileen Comora, and Michael Perez, the Noesis-designed house, curated by Timothy Yarger and Christina Craemer with a collection of contemporary and modern art, will double as an exhibition space for the duration of its time on the market. McLaren Beverly Hills will also display one of its luxury sports cars on the property during the home’s exclusive unveiling.

With its bold and innovative design, the home is perfectly suited to showcase a world-class art collection. The incredible natural light and exquisite flow elevates the design to a work of art in itself. A striking open floor plan, suspended floating staircase, and sliding walls of glass combine to create an artful, multi-sensory experience heightened by Yarger and Craemer’s expert curation.

The collection of important and international artists includes works by French-born street artist Mr. Brainwash, Los Angeles-based photographers Christina Craemer and Jim McHugh, light artist Mads Christensen from Copenhagen, Venezuelan and French photographers Cristobal Valecillos and Michele Mattei, New York artists Jeff Quinn, Linda Touby and Rodger Stevens, and Americans Cecil Touchon, Lisa Bartelson and Susan Woodruff.

“Curating art collections for a thoughtful custom property is a joy. Fine Art elevates the quality of life and influences the way we experience a space,” Yarger explains. “The Laurel Ave. project provides an environment for a comprehensive collection of contemporary art while imagining how the homeowner may embrace the artworks.”

Adds Paul Lester, “a hallmark of The Agency is the high premium we place on collaboration. The unveiling of 653 N. Laurel Avenue is a perfect example of the synergy we like to create between the worlds of real estate and luxury lifestyle. This form of collaboration elevates all those involved and allows us to offer our clients an experience they can’t find anywhere else.”

A VIP twilight champagne opening will be held at the property on Tuesday, October 25 from 6 p.m.–8 p.m. and will serve as a joint showing and exhibition. RSVP here to attend.
