The Agency Celebrates Unveiling Of New Model Home At Country Ridge Estates

Ventura Blvd Magazine joined The Agency in co-hosting the exclusive unveiling of the newest model home in the Country Ridge Estates collection, Paso Fino Estate. More than 110 guests were treated to a first glimpse inside the 6-bedroom residence situated on 12 acres of untouched countryside at the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains in Calabasas.      

As guests toured the property, enjoying far-reaching mountain and canyon views at sunset, they were serenaded by live music led by Los Angeles-based musician, David Villafaña. A selection of wines was provided and served by local importer Studio di Sole, and beverages were provided by sponsors Stella Artois and Penta. The Natural Mixologist featured a signature cocktail bar serving up three classically inspired, health-conscious selections.

Lisa’s Bon Appetit served passed hors d’oeuvres, such as bacon-wrapped dates and tuna tartare, while a burger bar featured salmon and Kobe beef sliders paired with a selection of craft beer. The festivities continued on the terrace where guests roasted marshmallows and crafted s’mores from a choice of three decadent chocolates.

Elegantly staged by Premier Stagers, the hacienda-style residence showcases exquisitely crafted, contemporary interiors that extend fluidly to expansive outdoor living areas. Offering nearly 7,500-square-feet of open, airy living, the home’s features include a chef-worthy kitchen, cozy breakfast nook, soaring great room, additional family room, dual master suites, office, and detached cottage with poolside cabana and guest quarters. 

The home can accommodate an extensive car collection, featuring two separate garages with parking for seven. O’Gara Coach provided a selection of luxury cars to set the scene for the unveiling event. Paso Fino Estate is also perfectly sited for enjoying the equestrian lifestyle, encompassing 12 acres of countryside, with ample space for horse stables and equestrian trails.
