In true Arcadia style, The Agency hosted the official Grand Opening celebration of Novella at Arcadia this week, which brought together the VIPs of the real estate world along with local neighborhood residents and friends. The block party-style celebration set out to showcase everything the Arcadia lifestyle has to offer and was held poolside where over 150 guests gathered under twinkling lights for the debut of one of Phoenix’s most buzzed-about new developments.
Local Polynesian band The Royal Islanders set the stage for fun with upbeat Polynesian music throughout the evening and surprised guests with an incredible hula dancer and fire performance show. Guests sipped on an array of cocktails and fresh pressed juices fresh picked from the neighborhood citrus trees and local food truck Queso Good served up tasty quesadillas and tacos. Popular neighborhood bakery and hotspot La Grande Orange dazzled guests with dozens of fresh baked treats including retro-inspired mini Hostess cupcakes and Ding-Dongs, French sea salt chocolate chip cookies and decadent blondies. Guests checked out the two stylish models and socialized with neighbors and friends late into the beautiful spring evening.
